Jennifer Quinlan is global leader and managing partner of IBM iX within IBM Consulting. She leads a team of over 23,000 creators, strategists and technologists who help the world’s most influential companies reinvent their relationships with customers, citizens, and employees through innovative experiences, digital products, and services alongside key technology partners such as Adobe, Salesforce, SAP CX, and more. Prior to her current role, Jennifer was CEO of R2i, a digital experience agency and SVP at Merkle. She holds a bachelor's degree from Northeastern University.
