BRITE ’25 SPEAKERS: ABIGAIL POSNER
Want to be a market follower or leader? This is exactly where I come in! I inspire leaders and teams to unlock innovation and transform organizations. Through a combination of AI/data insights, creative vision, and human-centered thinking, I provoke corporations to ask the deeper questions that propel change and growth.
At Google's Creative Works, I lead a multidisciplinary team focused on data-backed, AI-driven advertising and branded content strategies for YouTube's top advertisers. I pioneered "Humanizing Digital," an anthropology-led thought leadership series that decodes our emotional relationship with the digital world. I also drove a cultural transformation initiative for Google's 4,000+ salesforce, fostering unity and motivation. Earlier, I built a "culture of insights" program, scaling it both internally and within client organizations.
Before Google, I leveraged my strategic brand planning passion as Executive Vice President of Brand Strategy at Publicis New York and Strategy Team Director at DDB NY. I steered major new business pitches and global client strategies.
Recognition for my work includes the prestigious UN's Media Impact Award, and The New York Times, Forbes, Fast Company and CNBC have featured my perspectives; global speaking engagements allow me to share insights on innovation, creativity, and the human-technology nexus. Beyond my professional roles, I serve on the ENDI Corp Board, TheSocialArchitects' advisory board, and am a founding member of the Fashion in a Conscious Future Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to sustainability, education, women's empowerment, and innovation in fashion.
My podcast, "Human Code," delves into the intersection of culture, technology, and human behavior, featuring conversations with industry leaders and celebrities. From Fast Company to Advertising Age, my thought pieces reach global audiences and shape new conversations about the connection between human beings, machines, media and marketing.
A magna cum laude graduate of Harvard University in social anthropology, I now reside in NYC, where I raised my three adult children.
