Carsten Wierwille in in the process of launching his own consulting firm in 2024. He recently departed as the CEO of ustwo Studios, a role he served for seven years. At ustwo Carsten led the global digital product studio in launching products, services, and companies that make a meaningful impact on the world. In addition to the blockbuster mobile game Monument Valley, ustwo launched a number of digital apps designed to improve (mental) health and wellbeing, including Moodnotes, a cognitive-behavior based journaling app, and the interactive meditation apps Sway and Pause.

Carsten has over twenty years of experience in design and technology, and has held executive positions at leading design and innovation firms including frog, method, and R/GA.
