Elizabeth Kiehner is Chief Growth Officer of Nortal, a global, digital transformation consultancy, combining the unique experience of transforming Estonia into the premiere digital society to creating change amongst the Fortune 500 combining strategy, product design, data-driven technology, and cyber security. Nortal operates from 24 offices in 12 countries across Europe, the Nordics, the GCC region and the Americas. Kiehner is an award-winning author and renowned keynote speaker, who has delivered speeches to a variety of audiences and has been fortunate to sit alongside other senior professionals on panels, discussing topics such as Artificial Intelligence and envisaging use cases for human/machine collaboration. 

Having co-founded an award-winning design and digital production venture, as well as holding leadership roles at IBM, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and Capgemini, Kiehner understands complex business processes, shaping inventive strategies and owning end-to-end UX and digital journeys.
