Sara Gergovich has been on the frontier of e-Commerce and digital innovation since beginning her career at web start-up LuxuryFinder.com in 1999. She joined Hermès in 2001 as a customer service agent and to help launch the Hermes.com website. She now oversees e-Commerce, Digital Projects, Customer Service and the Call Center for Hermès in the United States. She has been a key force in propelling e-commerce to the forefront of Hermès International initiatives, bringing the US website into the Top 30 stores worldwide.
Prior to entering digital, she held positions in several small Public Relations firms in both Paris and New York.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City and attended l'EFAP in Paris (l'Ecole Française des Attachés de Presse.) She holds a degree in International Business Communications.
