Each roundtable discussion will begin with an
"idea-starter" from leading thinkers and researchers on

follow.
Topics will include:

customer-controlled brands
- A new model for brand building – digital experiences that build brands
and inspire customer evangelists
- Brands in crisis – winning customer trust and turning the tide of
opinion and the blogosphere
- Online brand building – search, ROI, and integrating new and traditional
marketing media
- Social networking and brands – using networks like MySpace to create
viral C2C marketing campaigns
- Creative leadership skills – how corporate leaders can harness multiple
intelligence and creativity skills to inspire Big Think in their
organizations, and live a creative life
Attendees will rotate tables between sessions, in order to maximize
